This week was highly productive, both academically and non-academically. It provided several meaningful learning experiences and opportunities for professional growth as an educator.At the beginning of the week, I conducted a diagnostic test to identify the difficulty areas of students. In the previous class test, I had observed that many students struggled to understand certain concepts. Therefore, I planned a focused assessment to analyse their specific learning gaps.Based on the diagnostic results, I dedicated time to prepare the materials required for remedial teaching. I carefully analysed the students’ errors and selected appropriate strategies and activities to support their understanding.During the remedial teaching session, I re-explained the challenging portions, provided additional practice questions, and included an expansion activity to further support slow learners. The students were attentive, more confident, and showed noticeable improvement in grasping the topic.
Overall, the fourth week strengthened pedagogical skills, enhanced practical understanding of school functioning, and marked significant progress in professional growth as a teacher trainee.
